- cut down on my wonderful sauces :C
- stay away from fries, especially hot and crispy ones with heaps of seasoningg o.o""
- reduce on carbs by eating less bread, noodle or buns
- drink water more than sugared liquids
- eat heeeaps of veggies and fruits
- eat reasonable portions of meat
- eat half of what i want to eat. HALFIES ANYONE??
- gym at least 3 times per week, especially on days where ive eaten more than supposed to.
