Did someone say Busybee? >:)

Since ive been back from Melbourne, there's been no time to sit down and blog, i kid you not. no time to read blogs, watch my tragic dramas or even reply my dear facebook friends ._.

i guess it's partly my fault at managing time but come onnn, i can survive without my computer (no pwobwem!) HENCE laptop time is at the bottom on my bottomless list of things to dooo~

IN A NUTSHELL 

- working almost everyday, especcially on Sundays which has been tiring even though it's not been that busy but yknow. working everyday makes you want to go home, sleep and wake up for work again.
- hanging out with churchies
- crashed some of my love's farewell parties
- more chilling with churchies (particularly Esther) before she leaves Perth for goooodd!
- hanging out with m'boii only at nights coz we've got work during the day
- been playing Terraria, the game he's introduced me to ;) (i still dont know the aim of the game. all i know is you can dig all the way down to hell or reach heaven..? =S)
- Muffin break's xmas event which had SECRET SANTA! funny what such predictable things ppl rock up with due to last minute shopping and desperation/cluelessness of not knowing what to buy x] (ie. a box of Favourites Chocies.  *OWNED!* )

- Got to catch up with my Girlies from CVC (highschool!) last time we hung out was when uni was still on, and we were GROUP studying ;) ohhhyea.
- which reminds me, RESULTS ARE OUT AND IM PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT .. im satisfied with my results, thankyouverymuch! ^^
- we also got a whole day off of work amidst a week of working ESPECIALLY for Xmas Shopping, coz Nana's here and parents wants to make sure she gets a LOTTT of gifts! ;) ;) 
- then caught up with my mates from uni, the Curtin crew over a Steamboat Dinner at my house YUM XD i had work the next day and they knew but they decided to make my life harder and stayed till 3am nawww <3 
- xmas was just around the corner so we went for Xmas Carolling! 3 houses doesnt sound alot but whooo~ im glad it was ONLY 3 houses coz every house had a buffet of DINNER, and we had a set of SIX CAROLS to sing at each house (: good we were all jolly and merry coz that was the point! ;)
- i watched Happy Feet for the first time and ever since, ive been wiggling my butt and shuffling my feet because walking like a penguin is so durh SEXY o.o" HAHA
- then Xmas Eve, Xmas, Boxing Day and a Public Holiday came.
- and work commenced and is still commencing as we speak (:

so those were my days sum up into a a few sentences! and guess what? they're in ORDER too! but only bcoz i was looking at my organiser while typing them out (:
just so you know what's been going on in my life, for those who care of course ;]
and yes, im justifying myself coz ive not been blogging or replying anyone's texts or wall posts on my Facebook >< really sorry!

HOPEFULLY by the weekend, i wouldve gotten everything sorted out and would have less events to attend as Christmas is over, and SO! start blogging and telling you about my wonderful life again :) 

no kidding, i love life. 

not because it's all so good and happy, 

but because i find it amazing 

how i can be crying, furious and hurt one day, 

then fine, smiling and awesome the next ;D

ive just met this really talented young girl, YOUNG girl emphasized, at camp! :)
she's not even korean but she's teaching ppl how to speak korean.
she plays the piano and composes her own songs.
she plays the drums, but idk if she's going for classes or self taught.
she dances and choreographs for people.

even though her skills are amateur,
i find it pretty amazing how this girl who's ONLY in highschool, is able to do so much just because she's WANTS to do them [=

whereas i, who claim to be easily inspired, am just sitting on my bum watching and sleeping whenever i can. and look! we have such similar interests yet she's already so ahead in time! :O


fear not folks!
thanks to her, ive been remotivated to work hard and keep at my interests!! ^^





Nahh, this is no competition. it's merely one of life's many tasks id like to fulfill. But i wont be too attached to them, they wont be my number one priority. why?

Because if God calls me anytime, anywhere, i want to be ready. id want to GO, when he says ' Go! ' (;

at first i didnt know what to get you.

i wanted to get you a wallet, coz your wallet's kinda falling apart already hehe! (juuust saying xD)

but i changed my mind, and since keeping in touch would be something we'll be facing alot in the future, 
i decided to buy you a webcam.
not just because you dont own one, 
but because just texting and calling you isnt enough sometimes.
its easy to fake your words and emotions when your face is hidden, 
but for you and i, our face reveals everything.
our emotions, our mood, our heart.

so anyways, i went to my leaders retreat, 
thinking of making you something meaningful.
thinking of buying you something meaningful because the webcam is being paid by a few other ppl too, 
i was thinking of making or buying something, not any friend can buy.

it striked me in retreat that i had something to bring with me all the time when i miss you.
that bracelet you gave me, i carried it with me wherever i go.
wearing it is as if im putting my Jo cap on, 
you're on my mind all the time.
which makes it easier to focus on other things because you're at the back of my mind.
im not stressed from trying to avoid or push your image out of my mind in fear of not being able to focus.

i came home today and got to work (:
i knew what i had to make, 
i knew what i wanted to make, 
i knew what you wouldnt mind carrying around with you! ;]

i hope you'll bring it wherever you go my dear baby (: those arent juuuust words, like every other thing ive said, i meant them ^^ they're from the bottome of this fragile heart, so if you're not treating it with care .. ill sue u! xD

firstly, id like to officially welcome back my NANA to Perth again!! this time, she'll be stayin for 3 months WOOOOOO tothe HOO right???

why am i so happy, one may ask. WELL, for one, im not close to her or anything. but having my mom's mom over is such an honor! she's such a tough lady, having the responsiblity of taking care of 6 children when her husband passed away after they were all born. (or after her 3rd/4th? cant rmbr x_x)
anws! my nana's so patient and understanding. she's so considerate and helpful! Suuuuch a wonderful lady, she is [: i thank God for being able to meet her! 


secondly, id like to especially say happy birthday to my JOJO who's turning 20 tmrw! he deserves a whole post on it's own mwahaha!

thirdly, ive just came back from my Mandurah Retreat with the Church Leaders and it was GOOD! we're all a step closer now, some maybe a few steps closer to each other! it was a good getaway yet hardcore brainstorming session at Mandurah :) good times good times.

and lastly, after my work at 9am-5pm as usual tmrw, im heading off to MELB at 9pm for 9days! four days for a Church Convention and another 5 days for Holiday! i hope i wont come back fatTER coz it's so daaaarn hard to lose them >"<

the last record was for 4 days in Mandurah
this is also my first time going to Melbourne! xD
all these years, ive only been to Sarawak, Singapore and KL.

so i wanted to make her a homemade facial i heard about from my Zumba instructor but i couldnt find the ingredients at the Oriental shop that i went to today. They didnt have Cucumber juice .. tsk tsk tsk.

(apparently, soaking a cotton pad (that's big enough to cover your face) in Rosewater, Lemon Juice & Cucumber Juice gets rid of wrinkles and spots on your face [: im not sure if it works for everyone, but it sure resulted in success with my Zumba instructor AND her mother. )

Guess imma stick with the tiramisu CAKE from San Churros ($8.50 per slice)

Because im still unsure of who or what's happening tmrw, imma list it out the way i see it .. just to give myself a peace of mind [=

Morning : Cervical Cancer Injection (forgot what it's name is called xD)

Arvo : Korean BBQ Lunch with ppl who're interested + Crashin my place with some Ps3 buttonbashintime.

Work&Church (:

so today ive worked from morn till 4pm, 
the day started out SUPER DRY and now it's DRIZZLING WET o.O
no complains there, at least im not shivering of wicked winter's breeze! ^^

SO ive said in my last post, or rather, yesterday, that im going to start styling my hair again!

Ladies and Gents, 

for today, 

ive styled a braid 

that's done from the bottom to the top of my head.

then i wanted to braid my fringe as well, BUT as you all know, my fringe is still pretty short so this was what it looked like.

(whoaaa my hair dye's fading at the ends of my hair! xD)

NOWNOW, ive always been bad with braids okayyy. especially since ive got so many layers in my hair AND when they're at the back of my head where i cant see em rawrr! i will strive to master braiding of course, because i am freee and i .. am still interested ;)

Zuuuumba!

^ is all about getting your stamina going and your body moving! it is definitely an eye opener to my future part time career ;) shall look into it and learn more about it!

OTHER THAN THAT, 

what have i been doing since my last post?

- hung out with Maboi in Uni while he does his paintings and i watch dramas!

- ive made progress on AYC, which was and is splendid news!

- ive hung out with Curtin/Lodge because WE'RE THE ONLY ONES ON HOLIDAYS (hellyea!)

- been practicing Kaotsun's Dance for this comin Sunday!

- had Zumba today, which was such a great hardcore sesh of salsa/tango/bollywood/hiphop/reggae dances!

- semi-cleaned my papers and books in my room so ive got more free space in my room!

- been watchin Big Bang Theory (:

Why is my life such a rollercoaster this year hahaha just saying ;]
SO! Here's what happened on my Exam Day of year 2011.

Monday Night : Made sure ive set 3 alarms to wake me up by 6.30am, so i can catch the 7.45am bus to reach Uni by 8.45am. 

( better get there 15 mins early, better safe than sorry ^^ also want to wash my hair tmrw coz it's getting oily!)

PSYCHOLOGY EXAM (9AM)

when i looked at the time, it was 7.30AM. 
(OOHEMGEE!!!!! IM LATE ILL NEVER MAKE IT IN TIME!!! NO TIME TO WASH MY HAIRR EWWW MY HAIIRRR!! *leaves it up in the bun i slept in ><" *)

i was ready by 8.50am but the next bus was at 8.15am. i headed to the bus stop in a hurry coz i really didnt want to miss this bus. Guess how the weather was? It was lightly rainingg, not drizzling, but raining. HEAPS of them. 
(EWWW SNAILS, WORMS AND MILLIPEDES EVERYWHERE GEAAAHHH O.O!!!)


By the timme the bus arrived, i was drenched wet from head (and HAIR!!) to toes. Mind you, i was wearing thongs, so slippery dippery toes were sliding against my 2 year old thongs >< (PLEASE dont break thongs, not today, please.)

So it took me an extra 10 mins to reach murdoch station as everyone else were rushing to work. Would you believe what i saw as my bus was entering Murdoch Station? Bus 99 on it's way out from Murdoch Station, followed by a bus behind it that showed the same number, BUS 99. (WHAT?????!!!!?! O.O""" my bus...)

Trust me, my heart and jaw literally dropped as i watched this harsh reality take its toil on my day. i felt so helpless, so worried, soo scatterbrained!! i quickly turned to God, told God to please somehow get my there in time or at least let me sit for my exams coz ive been studying so hard for it and putting in so much time for it! ( my efforts .. oh my efforts T_T")

i bumped into my friend who was waiting for the next bus 99 which was to come in 10mins, which meant at 8.55am. My exam was starting in 5 minutes and there i was, 20 mins away from Curtin >_> what a great start. (haiiiii there ._.)

When the bus came, we hurried in and i quickly revised my notes as well chatted with my friend. She made the trip a little more bearable, kinda took my mind off of the time for a bit. but when i recognised the traffic light that was 10 mins away from Curtin, i snapped back into my panic mode and went ' OH CRAP MY NOTES!! >"< '

I reached Curtin at 9.20am and by speed walked painfully through the slippery weather and my hard thongs. I was initially heading to the wrong building but thank God i quickly realised it before reaching the wrong building, so i sped off to the RIGHT building, frowning and worried. When i finally got to the RIGHT building, i went up the wrong stairs and had to go back down two decks of stairs to reach my destination =.= 
( why am i like this!!! why is my direction skiills SO out of whack! Please dont penalise me for being half an hour late, please dont. Help me Lord, please let me do this exam todayy! :(( )

Hoorah hoorah everybody! (:

i made it to my Exam Hall at 9.30am.

Like my day couldnt get any worse than this, my Psychology Exam was the only one that went on for an hour. That's right folks, ONE HOUR and im 30mins latee >"

Good news : i finished right on time! 

Bad news : i didnt get to double check em.

What a stressful and frantic way to start my day hey?

After that, did everything returned to normal as i got ready for my second exam? 

O_o

A Clock for my Room!

With my phone off, how am i gonna tell the time?

With my laptop off, how do i know the time?

When im sleeping and am wondering what time it is, where is the clock that lies perfectly on the blank spot of my wall?

When im studying and setting a time for myself, where do i look to for the time? 

Since im forever rushing or late, maybe a clock in my room and in the bathroom's good for me (:
