Eassterr BBQ!

as you all know, we had easter bbq on Monday = Family Time for the week!

(im pretty bummed that mel and i had to drop choir for family time though, i really really enjoyed choir. but ahhhh~ there's a time for everything.)

NONTHELESS, family time is precious and twas awesome ^^

if we had to drop choir, FINE. let's drop it and never speak of it again ='( teehee!

ohh! it was also Dad's first time using the BBQ set that we all chipped in to buy for him.

It was....$       .    

nahh..ive forgotten how much it was, BUT im pretty sure it was fairly expensive, hehe!

anyhoo, here was the manyy raw (before bbq-ed meats!) food that we had.

and when i said many, i mean MANYMANYMANY.

Can you tell which meat is which? ;] (coz i cant..=/)

mmm we had all kinds of meat 

(lamb, beef, chic...is there pork? =S)  

AND..... 

good ole' corns! ^^ yummeehh ♥

mom made agar agar (jellies) for dessert which was and is always nice and sweet! 

my favouritee ^^

we set up everything we needed, or could think of,  

(cutleries+cups+sauces+drinks+mainplates+dessertplates+napkins+snacks..do we REALLY need anymore?) 

for the 7 guests coming..

Kwangs arrived first, so they had coffee and chit chatted about life ;P

when everyone has finally arrived, it was...

All ready and set to bbq!

-5 mins later- (Convo: omgg DIE YOU STOOPID FLIES!!><)

(Convo: ooohh so pro already haa very good veryy good!)

(Convo: eeeee ill go get the butterr! NO, no need butter. oh -.=)

(Convo: YOU MISSED THE FIRE AI!!! IT GOT ON EVERYTHING NEHH SEE THE CHAO DA SAUSAGES? HAHAHAHA!

O.O fire?!?)

Moving on! while they were bbq-ing, we talked to the Chans. 

it was great to know and grow closer to them.

We bloomed from the 'ignoring each other's gaze' + 'hi bye' friends to 

'i want to annoyy youu' + 'lotsa laughters' kind of friends.

IOW, we got along really well, and we found out things about each others that we totally disagree like, 

i hate choc coz they're brown...and poop's brown. 

(CHOCOLATE COMPLETES ME. totallyy OBJECT!)

i hate yellow coz it's the colour of pee. 

( i LOVE yellow! well dear, i think someone needs to drink MORE WATER EY? xD jkjk! so tootttaaallllyy OBJECT!!)

so when food was ready, it was 

FEAST TIME~!

(didnt take that many pix coz i was busy eating -.= umm...you know what they sayy~! EAT IT WHILE IT'S HOT! ;])

After that, we kids watched How i Met Your Mother while the Adults talked and chatted about...us, of course. what else can they talk about hoho! 

nahhh they talked about business & perth xD

at the end of the day, we were happy and i was glad we had a great time! Now we just had to re-adjust and get ready for tomorrow...
