Dont judge!

Me : I believe in balance! (:
Him : How is that even balance?

Adding up all the hours spent on church, uni, part time job, placement, 8hour sleep and only 1 hour of gym a week, im left with 50 free hours, which is 7 free hours per day.
REALLY??

Him : What are your goals? And how are you going to achieve it?
Short (in 4weeks) - a booty
Medium (in 6months) - a sexy booty
Long (in 12 months) - maintaining that sexy booty.

LOL jks.

I just want to be toned.

Him : That answer is too generic, you need more specific goals with steps to achieve it if not you're never going to do it.

Okay let's see.
Short - strength and muscle gains, through bootcamp and once a week of deadlifts and lunges.
Medium - lose fat, gain more muscles, stay toned. through gymming 2-3 times a week , alternating between intensive-specific training on arms, legs, abs then core.
Long - maintaining my muscles, not gaining fat. high metabolism. attend charity events which requires fitness.

Dont u live just across the road? how come you're only here once a week?

Because i dont drive.

. . . .
why dont you walk to gym?

Because i prefer exercising indoors.

. . . .
you are contradicting yourself!

What!

You say you like to exercise indoors but you dont even come to gym to exercise indoors.

When did you start gymming? ... mmm.. maybe 3 years ago?
When were you in a relationship? ... mm since 2011.
So that's 3 years ago. Would u say you were less fitter when you started dating?
Well i was actually very motivated when i first joined gym!
But let me guess. Since you got into a relationship, your gym goals have kinda died down because you're going out all the time with him, partying, drinking, coming home tired, instead of going to the gym you go on dates.
Oh he's not here, we're doing long distance. Been doing it for 2 years now.
Oh where is he?
Malaysia.
Then why dont i see you here any often??
^^"!! I guess my gym priority is a bit low.
Yea it is definitely low but this is what im proposing. It doesnt have to be. You have 50 free hours to walk to the gym, get started on working out, go home and still have time for other things. We have classes that runs 7 days a week as well, AND it's only half an hour. not even one hour. so that's doing you more good to join in then to come to gym doing the same sets of things.

sooo... is there a way to be toned with muscles yet stay light?
light as in on the scale light?
yea.
why is the number on the scale so important? why do you want to be light?
because i want my boyfriend to carry me, and he's pretty weak ._.
what does the number on the scale tell you? ACTUALLY what DOESNT it tell you?
just tells me my weight i suppose..
yea! and why does  your weight matter if your gaining muscles and losing fat but still at the same weight!
because ppl cant carry me if im heavy!
that shouldnt matter! they should still be able to carry you. look at _____ , she's smaller than you, how much dyou think she weighs?
53..?
No she's 65!
WHUAART!
Look at my girlfriend, you know her, how much dyou think she weighs?
55...
No, 62! Look (shows me a photo of her body before and after she gymmed.) My girlfriend has always been thin from the start, that was her at 62.  this is her NOW, still at 62 but with muscles!
WHUAART!
So weight doesnt matter! It's really just a number on the scale.

So from today's consultation, Ive realised that i lack passion. I lack the 'fire'; the 'spark'. Yea i can say i love singing but what am i doing about it? yes i can say i love dancing, but what am i doing about it? Nothing. I am actually a pretty lazy person, yet when i think about the Bible saying 'do not be idle', i dont think i am. I AM doing things everyday,it's not like im lying in bed doing nothing, but i guess not every hour of my time has something planned. when there's nothing planned, i sleep or eat, or watch running man. Which makes it seem like im taking time for granted, doesnt it?

Those kind of people; always fighting for more time, always on their toes from day till night, with that kind of energy, I am not like that. I guess some people do more than they watch, and others watch more than they do. I think im the second one. I take life as it comes, which may sound bad, but it's not like im crossing my arms doing nothing either. I want to be flexible and easygoing, so that whatever God has planned for me, i can go with it too. He is the one in control of my life, He should be. I just go with it.

I need to be more passionate then. More strong will-ed. But those sorts of people tend to get angry so easily. Because when things dont go their way, they get angry because it's like crushing their passion, their will.
