When i am depressed, i tend to have TWO extremes.
Today's two extremes were...
EATING (within half an hour.)
My first extreme is eating a double coated peanut butter and jam TOAAST, a whole swirl BUN with ICECREAM, a bowl of PORRIDGE, an ORANGE & half a packet of CHIPS and NAP.STARVING (for the rest of the day.)
Drinking really reallyy reallllyy ICE-CHILLED DRINK for lunch, NAP if i have to, going out for hardcore EXERCISE, and SALAD for dinner or SKIP.In conclusion, after i did my Human Biology Paper, which extreme did you think i would've picked?

Oh wells, the rice has become porridge. No point dwelling on what has past!
