Holy mama..

here i am, back to blogging, back to using the comp, back WITH my comp after a naaaasssty looooongg breakup huh?

(for the record, i didnt use the comp ever since mother's day..that was..10th May leh..so loongg!)

well, its a first RECORD for ever staying away from the comp for sooooo long IN PERTH! ;) woooot!

while it's still fresh in my memory, here's a personal reminder to myself on wad you guys have missed out on and wad i will post when i do have the time!

1. Mother's day celebration

but thank God my exams are evenly spreaded out..i tink..well..i dont have 2 tests in one day so that's fine to mee :) and 3 exams per week, so yea! evenly spreaded ^^

When can i practise driving..?

at the moment..my driving's not getting worse but it's not improving daat much either. the initial plan was to practise at every opportunity which sooon became every week and then once in a while. like reaallly ONCE in a whhiiiiiillllleeeee -fullstop-

during the last holidays, i told myself that i would need to organise my papers more appropriately. more neatly. remember the last post i did on my book? the GREEN 5 subject notebook? thish one..

yes..i am proouuddd to say that i have RE-ORGANISED this 'big heavy' book of mine to this....

went out for dinner yesterday with my dad's fren and his family at...

it was quite ok la, food wasnt that...hmm..cool for the price xD

Sooo, as you can see, dinner went pretty boring, in terms of talking wise. Basically, it was just them adults chit-chatting away while us kids just find something to do. we dont mix much with dad's fren's kids..ehehe, no offense but yea, just some smiles from us would be good enough i hope? ;) they din seem to wanna talk to us anywayz, so we're all guuud (Y) ;)

then dad and his fren decided to stay a bit longer to drink, they invited us to join them. ;) so me, bro, sis and dad took em' wines and we kept laughing at the littlesstt things that happened when we (kids) were versus-ing each other in a game called 'Worms' in the handphone. that was really fun ey, irreplaceable (:

what basically happened in this ball was..

meet up @ a fren's house whr limo will arrive, then the limodriver will allow you ballpeople to camhore amongst yourselves and the limo, then off to...

King's Park, a mustgo whenever before a ball. like a tradition i guess. (= limodriver allows yous ballpeople to camwhore yet again, and have fun until you're ready to leave for...

Parmelia Hilton, or wherever your ball will be held! when you arrive, you get off, ball person will come back when you're done, and in you go into the ballvenue. in there, you'll hafta wait at the lobby until everyone arrives, hence more pictures...

when everyone has arrived, teachers welcome and directs everyone to where they're supposed to go. for me, we were directed to the outside of the ballroom, giving us more time to socialise, find everyone and take pictures...(again..)

when the time is right, the door to the ballroom opens, and in we gooo..amazed by the lights, candles, disco ball and dJ of da nite! (ohh, before entering, our table numbers are written on a noticeboard outside, so we'd noe where to go and who we're sitting with ;D)

then teacher will announce instructions eg. which table will start with dinner first followed by etc. in this ball, we were to walk outside the ballroom to another room especially for the buffet. and yes, table by table, we went to take our food and returned to our own respective tables.

given about an hour to dine, everyone soon went on the dancefloor, little by little, then BIG groups and more biggerrr groups! yesh, the dancefloor was filled REALLY fast. and everyone danced! club dance more like, while the dJ did his thang!

dance dance dance, until teacher called out for announcements. dJ had to turn his music down, and everyone went back to their seats. teacher announced many thanks for such great behaviour etc, then student counsellors(head prefects like?) went up to wish us a great time and announced the beaus of the ball (like prom king&queen!).

then it went to a slow dance by the two beaus of the ball, then another slow dance for all. after that..

Halfway through the dance, those who wants their pics with their partner or group professionally taken, there's a room set up already by a pro photographer with the background and camera ready to flash. your photographer tells you how to pose OR you can do an epic one, leaving the photographer with a raised eyebrow i assume..? ^.-" HAHA!

Then when it came to the end of the ball, the teachers said it's time, the dJ lowered his volume and everyone left with hugs & kisses. so back into the limo, back to the house and you can either choose to go back home and rest OR go and party at an afters (=

i chose the afters and i love it.

i made new friends,

i laughed and found out new things about ppl,

i loved it,

noone cared who you were,

they just talked and joked and laughed about silly stuffs.

for me, i laughed at EVERYTHING, literally, i was enjoying the night. ♥♥

so here's many thaaaaaaaaaaaank you to those at the ball, to those at the afters and to Mike for letting us trash his house xD thanks mate (Y)
